Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Delivery not happening?

Bought this 1 week ago. Status still states processing, even though should have shipped last Wednesday. Called customer service. They have no idea where things are at. "Shipped to Wearhouse" last week is the answer. No idea when it will get here or even IF it is on its way. They told me I should call the shipping company and follow-through, if I wish. The Whirlpool representative was super eager to cancel my order, once I have asked, but could not due to too far in the process. Was asked to call back later. Mind you, I was on hold for about 45 minutes just to get to this point. DO NOT BUY FROM WHIRLPOOL. It is not the same company that I have remembered and respected. Very sad.

Don't use the measurements in the manual

We bought this trim kit as well as whirlpool microwave 1.6 cu.ft. as recommended, the front face fits perfectly but the bottom tray does not fit the microwave. Our handyman had to get creative to make it work. We had new cabinets installed and the installer cut the hole for the microwave according to the specs in the instructions for the trim kit but upon install we realized the specs are off and we had to measure the actual parts to get an accurate idea if what to cut. I absolutely love the way it looks, we just had to pay a lot extra to have it installed due to the errors . In the end we weren™™t able to use the bottom tray or legs at all.
