The positive aspects are that it's very quiet and the bronze color is attractive. Unfortunately, there's nothing else I like about this refrigerator. It's very difficult to control the temperature. A knowledgeable technician came out and told me that this refrigerator simply will not work if the ambient temperature is below 65 degrees. The freezer varied from 0 to 20 degrees. There is no humidity control. In summer, everything inside the refrigerator is wet with condensation. The shelves are very cheaply made, especially the top shelf. The shelves are not on rollers or sliders, just plastic extensions from the wall. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

J'adore la couleur, la grandeur me va, je l'ai achetÃ en fÃvrier 2025, un peu bruyant. Par contre , l'intÃrieur est dÃcevant, le tiroir pour les fromages est difficile Ã ouvrir et qualitÃ cheap. mÃªme chose pour le tiroir Ã fruits et lÃgumes, il n'est pas sur des rails, donc lui aussi difficile et ouvrir et taux d'humiditÃ s'applique pour tout le tiroir, donc je conserve moins bien certains lÃgumes. Dans la porte, j'aurais aimÃ avoir plus de possibilitÃ d'ajuster les plateaux. il y en a 3 mais trÃ¨s mal situÃ.

Compressor Evaporator problems

Have had this refrigerator/freezer less than a year. About a month ago it started making odd noises, and at the same time we noticed markedly less efficiency in the unit's cooling capability. We contacted Whirlpool, and approximately a week later a technician diagnosed our unit's problem as involving the compressor and evaporator. Unfortunately, the needed parts were two weeks out, so we're still waiting for the technician to come back and get the unit operating normally. In the meantime, the unit still keeps things somewhat cool. The refrigerator is cool enough for vegetables, etc, but we keep meat, milk, etc, in the freezer, which keeps ice frozen solid, but very little else, especially not ice cream, which turns to a soupy consistency. If we'd been able to get this resolved in 48-72 hours, it wouldn't have been such a headache, however waiting 3+ weeks to get a functioning refer/freezer just isn't acceptable. Definitely wouldn't buy this product again.

It's the second time that the appliance broke. It was replaced under the warranty and the new one broke again in a month. Now the "broken parts" are backordered. God Knows when they will received the 3 new parts. I explained to the assistant my concern because it's the SECOND time that the appliance broken and he just wished me luck. I can't wait for so long again. I need the appliance because of my job. I asked them to have my money back or to be replaced for another model and pay the difference. According the representatives my claims was respectfully decline. Never buy from this company again.

Two refrigerators and both leaked coolant. Both delivered that way. Back ordered parts on first frig took 3 months just to learn it was unrepairable. Whirlpool replaced. Now parts are back ordered for second faulty frig. Not happy.

This fridge was purchased brand new, and I had to wait for the item to come in stock, when it was finally delivered, it never cooled anything, so I can™™t return it, whirlpool never answers the phone call, and the service company has ordered a part in an attempt to fix it, which they aren™™t even sure will fix the fridge, so I have to wait for this part to arrive which is also being delayed. So I own a non functioning fridge from day one which is brand new, and I can™™t get in touch with whirlpool. I can only make a service appointment online which is no real help. An awful company with no customer service. Stay away from Whirlpool products! Whirlpool is company with zero customer service. You will wait for a representative on the phone forever.
